Dear ACEPT Community,
As we near our Annual ACEPT Conference on May 1, 2026, we are seeking nominations for our annual awards for Outstanding Clinical Supervisor and Outstanding Training Site for 2026! We ask that you please take a moment to complete the following Nomination forms for each award. Each form is brief for your convenience. Please note for each nomination we have asked nominators to provide at least one additional person of contact that also may share knowledge about your nominee. The awards will be presented at the annual conference in May.
Nominations are due by Friday, March 6th.

We encourage academic programs, fellow supervisors, and students to complete the nomination form below no later than Friday, March 6th, 2026.

We ask that sites do NOT self-nominate; however, we will accept nominations from students/trainees, graduate academic programs, and colleagues who are not employed by the training agency or department no later than Friday, March 6th, 2026.
