Membership renewal can be completed on the ACEPT Website. ACEPT dues can be paid online via PayPal.

The procedures for renewing membership or joining have been updated to make it easier for the community. After you complete the online membership registration you will also receive a confirmation email with an attached Welcome Letter which serves as your receipt.

There will also be a Members Only Portal accessible on the website to maximize your benefits as an ACEPT member. The portal will include: bylaws, meeting minutes, list of ACEPT members, specifics of practicum fair, specialized supervision and training articles and book chapters, job board postings, etc. *Additional information including login details will be communicated as sites/academic programs renew memberships.

The Universal Site Information Form is used to identify sites, contact information, and open positions for the ACEPT application process each year. Please fill out the information on the form and send it to the academic programs from whom you wish to receive applications from for the 2022-2023 practicum search.

Students may begin submitting practicum applications: Friday, January 28, 2022

Students must have applications to sites by: Friday, February 11, 2022

Date sites inform applicants if they will be interviewed: Tuesday, March 1, 2022

Pre-Notification Day: Friday, March 18, 2022

The Clearinghouse process will begin on: Wednesday, March 23, 2022
**The Guidelines committee is working on updating the guidelines documents/flowcharts in order to incorporate feedback from the community. Finalized documents will be sent out and posted on the ACEPT website by the end of October.
